This privacy policy describes how Cozy Home Rentals (the "Service") handles information.
This is an internal automation service used by Cozy Home Rentals to manage operations for our short-term rental properties. It is not a consumer-facing application. It interacts with third-party services on behalf of authorized Cozy Home staff only — including Guesty (property management), Twilio (SMS), Turno (cleaning), Amazon Business (supply ordering), and Anthropic (AI assistance).
Operational data needed to run the rental business, including guest reservation details (provided by the booking platform), property information, supply order details, and message history with guests. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Operational data is stored on application infrastructure (Railway) and within the third-party services listed above. Each third party's own privacy policy applies to data stored with them.
